Jesse Joyce
9:30pm
Jesse Joyce burst onto the comedy scene in 1998 in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At the suggestion of Saturday Night Live’s Jimmy Fallon, Joyce moved to New York City to pursue a career in 2001. Since then he has been making a name for himself all over the east coast as one of the hottest young working comics today.
Joyce effectively incorporates a natural stage presence with intellect, impressions, clever observations, rubbery facial expressions, and sharp delivery. His intelligent brand of observational comedy offers unexpected, witty approaches to life experiences such as living in an Irish convent, the uselessness of his liberal arts degree, the futility of life in Manhattan, and the stupidity of social deviants everywhere. Joyce’s hilarious act is sure to leave the audience in stitches.
Buzz Nutley
9:00pm
“Buzz Nutley connects with audiences like few comics working today. He's cerebral and earthy and always plugged in. There is no better example of an audience in good hands than when Buzz is in the house.” —Gene Collier, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
