FallFest Event Guidelines
When
August 15 - 5 p.m.All events are FREE to WVU Students
with valid WVU Student I.D. WVU IDs will be scanned at the gates. Students are
encouraged to check with Mountaineer Card Services to be sure their IDs are working
properly.
Event Entrances: All gates open at 4 p.m.
Gate 1 — Towers PRT station exit
Gate 2 — Rec Center Drive between the Student Rec Center and the CPASS building
WVU Students with valid WVU IDs are permitted one guest age 17 and older. WVU Students
with guests may enter any gate. Guest tickets are not required, but guests should
be prepared to show proof of age. WVU IDs will be scanned at the gates. Students
are encouraged to check with Mountaineer Card Services to be sure their IDs are
working properly.
NO SMOKING
This is an alcohol-free event.
No legal beverages will be available.

ALL EVENT-GOERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RANDOM SECURITY CHECK AND WANDING.
*Wristlets must measure no larger than 9.5” x 4.25” to be permitted.
Transportation
Buses will run continuously between the Mountainlair and the Evansdale Residential Complex from 4 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.The PRT will run until 10:15 p.m.
