Jennifer Marsh is an FBI agent caught in a deadly cat-and-mouse game with a serial killer who knows that the public will log on to an untraceable website where every new hit increases the speed of the death of a captured victim. As time runs out, the game gets more personal as agent Marsh becomes directly involved.
