Vampires are running rampant, wreaking havoc, and spreading a deadly blood disease to humans. When cross-country traveler Sean (Kerr Smith) picks up a hitchhiker, Sean has no idea what he's getting himself into. His passenger Nick (Brendan Fehr) is a vampire hunter who has contracted the deadly disease and whose only hope is to kill the leader of the vampires.
