Two strangers, one a young slacker whose twin brother has died mysteriously and the other a single mom, become the pawns of a mysterious woman they have never met, but who seems to know their every move. The two are framed by terrorists and forced to become part of a planned political assassination and they must work together to outwit the group before they are killed.
