Jeffrey Taylor is the CEO of Monster.com. Since the launch of the Monster Board in 1994, the 454th commercial site on the Web, Taylor has been recognized as an innovator and a visionary in both the Internet and careers industries. As the CEO of Monster.com, Taylor has reinvented the way in which the world looks for employment. Through Taylor’s guidance and leadership, Monster.com catapulted to the number-one position in the on-line careers industry. As CEO of TMP Interactive, Taylor is responsible for the growth and direction of all TMP Worldwide properties and developments relating to the Internet.

Today, the Monster.com global network consists of local content and language sites in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Luxembourg, India, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, and Finland.

Taylor is a frequent speaker at technology, advertising, and recruitment conferences. He has spoken at events hosted by such noted organizations as Forrester Research, Giga Information Group, Kennedy Information, The Society for Human Resource Management, Fast Company, and The Working Women Network. Taylor has also spoken at numerous colleges and universities across the country. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Boston’s Wang Center for Performing Arts and Massachusetts Junior Achievement. In March 2000, Taylor became the Blimp Waterskiing World Champion.

He recently finished his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, graduating in May of last year. He received his executive M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and also holds an honorary doctorate from Bloomfield College.
