How To Subscribe

Subscription Information Create your own series package by choosing the events you want to see. Subscription packages begin with a minimum of four events. Subscribers to all 18 events save the most. The more events you select, the more you save!

Current subscribers who wish to retain their seats from last season must subscribe to eight events or more and submit their subscription orders by Friday, August 28. If you subscribe to eight events (or more) you have two seating options: (1) you may choose to sit in the same seats for the entire season or (2) you may choose to sit in the best seats available for each show you’ve selected. If you subscribe to seven events or fewer, you will be assigned the best seats available for each show you’ve selected.

New subscribers to eight events or more have two seating options: (1) you may choose to sit in the same seats for the entire season or (2) you may choose to sit in the best seats available for each show you’ve selected. Current subscription orders requesting seat upgrades and new subscription orders are processed in the order they are received. Subscribers who wish to sit together must complete separate order forms and submit them at the same time. On both order forms, note your request to sit together.

Priority Seating Renewal
Season subscriptions are processed before these events go on sale to the general public. The current subscriber priority date is Friday, August 28. All events will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, September 8.

Convenient Payment Options
We offer three convenient payment options to make the University Arts Series more affordable.

FULL PAYMENT: You pay for the entire series when you place your order. We accept payment by cash, check (made payable to WVU), Visa, and MasterCard.

PAYROLL DEDUCTION: WVU faculty and staff, and WVU Foundation employees may use payroll deduction to pay for their series subscription. (WVUH and UHA employees are not eligible.) The deadline to sign up for payroll deduction is August 28. Payroll deduction will begin with the September 30th paycheck and will be deducted from six consecutive paychecks.

INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT PLANS: Place your order by calling 304.293.SHOW and we will arrange a payment schedule to meet your needs.

Patrons with Accessibility Needs
The needs of our patrons with mobility challenges are accommodated through special seating assignments. Hearing amplification is offered free of charge through infrared headsets. If you need a sign language interpreter, one can be provided with appropriate advance notice. If you need assistance, please call 293-SHOW. the Box Office staff will be happy to help you.

WVU Students
Special discounts apply for full-time WVU students. Students must order University Arts Series subscriptions in person at the Mountainlair Box Office and have a valid Mountaineer Card to receive a discount. Call the Box Office at 293-SHOW for more information.
