Parking

Event parking in the Coliseum lot is $10. Event parking may be purchased in advance through our box offices or through Ticketmaster. If spaces are still available on the day of the event, event parking may be purchased on site. We accept cash only on-site.

Public Transportation

WVU’s Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system: Each ride is $0.50. Patrons should ride to the Engineering Station.

Mountain Line Transit Authority: This is Morgantown’s public bus service. Route information and cost is available at  Busride.org.

Coliseum Gold Gate Box Office

The Arts & Entertainment Box Office is only open at the Coliseum on the day of events. It opens at 5:00pm for events held on weekdays. Opening times vary for events held on Saturdays and Sundays. Cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted here.

Our Primary Box Offices are located in the Mountainlair and in the Creative Arts Center.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Coliseum Gold Gate Box Office. Customers must present a photo ID to claim tickets. If you purchased your ticket(s) through Ticketmaster, you must have your account/confirmation number and your photo ID to pick up your tickets.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available through our  Primary Box Offices.

Concessions

Concessions are managed by Sodexo and do not accept cash. Note: There is no ATM in the building

WVU Arts & Entertainment House Policies

All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket.

DOORS
Generally doors open one hour prior to showtime. Patrons should enter the gate specified on their tickets.

NO RE-ENTRY
Patrons who exit the building during the event will not be permitted to re-enter.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
WVU's clear bag policy is in effect at all Coliseum concerts in an effort to speed up gate entries and enhance security measures. Patrons are limited to one bag person and one small clutch bag for privacy. Clear bags must not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."

FLOOR TICKETS
Patrons with floor tickets should enter the gate specified on their tickets. Once inside the building, proceed to the floor entrances between the Blue and Gold gates, and between the Gold and Mountaineer gates. Tickets will be scanned for access to the floor.

ITEMS NOT PERMITTED: 
• audio or video recording devices • outside food/drink • glowsticks
• bottles or cans
• coolers or hard containers • laser pointers
• umbrellas
• pets • weapons

• professional cameras (i.e. those with detachable lenses)

ALL PATRONS ARE SUBJECT TO A SEARCH.

REFUNDS 
All ticket sales are  FINAL. Refunds are available only when an event is cancelled. All artists and their repertoire are subject to change.

WVU Arts & Entertainment Tailgating Guidelines
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Parking lot games are prohibited.
• Canopies and tables are prohibited.
• All beverages must be consumed in cups.
• Individuals are responsible for compliance with all local and state laws governing alcohol consumption.
• Any person damaging University property will be responsible for cost of repairs.
• The original holder of the parking permit is responsible for any tailgate activity that is conducted while using that parking permit.

The Coliseum is a Smoke-Free Building
A smoking area is located outside the Mountaineer Gate. This area is only accessible from the Mountaineer Gate concourse. Patrons are not permitted to exit the building and return to the concert.
