University Arts Series Mobile Tickets
Download your mobile University Arts Series subscription tickets from the WVU Event Ticket Center.
If you've forgotten your password to your
WVU Event Ticket Center
account, do not create a new account because your early access is tied to the
email address we have on file. click on “Forgot Password” (see example highlighted
in yellow below) and follow the instructions to reset your account password.
Please note: If you select mobile tickets as your delivery method, we recommend that add your tickets to your phone or device before arriving at the venue to avoid any connectivity issues.
WVU Student Discounts
WVU student discounts to Arts & Entertainment events are available in person at the Arts & Entertainment campus box offices, by phone at 304-293-SHOW (304-293-7469) and online in our WVU Event Ticket Center. To claim your discount at the box office, you will need to show your WVU Student ID. By phone you will need to provide your WVU Student ID number and/or WVU MIX email address.
To claim your discount online, you must login using your WVU mix email address.
When you login for the first time, you will need to enter your mix
address and choose "Forgot Password" to receive email instructions for creating
a new password. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
If you do not have the Student Ticket option when selecting your seat, please
call the box office at 304-293-7469 for account assistance.
Groups
Group rates are available for most performances. The minimum varies by performance. Group orders must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance. To inquire about rates or to reserve your group block, call 304-293-7047.
