Parking

Paid parking is available in municipal lots and parking garages. Limited on-street parking available throughout downtown Morgantown.  Follow this link for additional information.

Public Transportation

WVU’s Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system: Each ride is $0.50. Patrons should ride to the Walnut Street Station.

Mountain Line Transit Authority: This is Morgantown’s public bus service. Route information and cost is available at  Busride.org.

Box Office

WVU Arts & Entertainment does not operate a box office at the Metropolitan Theatre except on the day of the show. Our Primary Box Office are located in the Mountainlair and Creative Arts Center. On event days, tickets will be available at the Met Theatre beginning two hours prior to showtime. 

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Met Theatre Box Office on the day of the show beginning two hours prior to showtime.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available through our Primary Box Offices.

WVU Arts & Entertainment House Policies

All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket.

DOORS
Generally doors open one hour prior to showtime.  

NO RE-ENTRY
Patrons who exit the building during the event will not be permitted to re-enter.

ITEMS NOT PERMITTED: 
• glowsticks • outside food/drink • backpacks or large bags*
• audio or video recording devices • coolers or hard containers • laser pointers
• bottles or cans • pets • weapons
• umbrellas • professional cameras (i.e. those with detachable lenses)
*Bags or purses larger that 8.5" x 11" are not permitted.  Please use the photo below as an example of an acceptable size.

REFUNDS
All ticket sales are FINAL. Refunds are available only when an event is cancelled. All artists and their repertoire are subject to change.
