Artist Services
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, manage and execute contractual obligations of the artist services functions for A&E events.
Job Location: Canady Creative Arts Center, Coliseum, Mountainlair & other event locations
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
# Hours: Weekly hours will average 10-20.
Job Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement and payment of all artist services requirements.
- Manage the execution of artist services requirements on event day.
- Assist with enforcement of backstage security protocols.
- Manage all dressing room setups.
- Assist Marketing Team with all artist meet & greet activities.
- Review performance contracts to determine and plan for the artist services requirements (artist catering, transportation, dressing rooms, lodging, runners, etc.).
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
