WVUp All Night Gaming
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate ane manage the Gaming Lounge for the weekly WVUp All Night program.
Job Location: Mountainlair
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
# Hours: Weekly hours will average 15-20. Work hours are Fridays (7pm
to 3am) and Saturdays (7pm to 3am) - hours may vary based upon the complexity of
activities scheduled. Additionally, there will be some weekday office hours/meetings.
Job Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Must be fluent in PC gaming platforms (Steam,
Blizzard, Epic, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Setup/Takedown of all WVUp All Night gaming equipment on a weekly basis
- Clean/Disinfect equipment between uses
- Monitor equipment while in use and maintain security of equipment
- Facilitate the use of gaming equipment by providing guidance to the users
- Review, on a regular basis, the current trends in PC gaming and advise your supervisor as needed
- Communicate any problems or concerns regarding maintenance, care, security (physical and cyber) to your supervisor immediately
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
