Lynyrd Skynyrd is one of the most critically acclaimed, commercially successful and genuinely loved rock 'n' roll bands to come from the heart of the American South. They treated concert fans to both vintage and new rock on October 17, 1993 when they brought their Last Rebel Tour to the Coliseum. The show last for nearly five hours and featured six set changes.

The nearly 6,000 fans in attendance were treated to show that was called "the best concert at the University in a very long time," by Daily Athenaeum Staff Writer Brian Schreurs.
