FallFest Event Guidelines
FREE to WVU Students
Your WVU Student ID is your TICKET
WVU Student IDs will be swiped at the gates for entrance.
Event Entrances: All gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Gate A — Rec Center Tennis CourtsGate B — Towers PRT station exit
Gate C — Rec Center Drive between the Student Rec Center and the WVU Medicine/Pharmacy/Student Health/Applied Human Sciences Building (formerly CPASS)
WVU Students with valid WVU Student IDs are permitted one guest age 17 and older.
WVU Students with guests may enter any gate. Guest tickets are not required, but
guests should be prepared to show proof of age.
Approved Bags
The clear bag policy will be enforced. Only bags that are clear plastic,
vinyl, or pvc and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” in size; small clutch bags (approximately
the size of a hand, with or without a handle/strap and no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”);
or plastic storage bags (1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, Ziplock bag or similar)
will be permitted.

This is an alcohol-free event.
