Event Staff

WVU Arts & Entertainment employs full-time WVU Students as members of our Event Staff in support of the nationally-touring, professional performance we produce on campus and in Morgantown. Event staff positions include Student Stagehands, Security, Ushers, Ticket Takers and Merchandise Sellers.

Now accepting applications for Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters.

Positions

Student Stagehand

Student Stagehands build stages and move equipment.

Security

Security staff monitor restricted areas.

Usher

Ushers assist patrons locating seats and provide patron assistance during events.

Ticket Taker

Ticket Takers check tickets at event entrances and provide patron assistance during events.

Merchandise Sellers

Merchandise Sellers sell concessions and artist merchandise during events.

Minimum Requirements

• WVU student status and a 2.0 GPA
• Significant time availability
